Docmost Project Development Process

I'm trying to contribute to Docmost and I see some opportunities to make small improvement to the process:
1. Helpful labels such as 'Good for Newbie', 'Easy Fix', and 'Wont fix' would make it easier for new developers to find issues to work on.
2. Having assignees - nothing is worse then working on an issue for weeks just to find out someone else has been working on it too.
