Updating of outdated extensions via Marketplace

Describe the Bug
The installed extension is on 0.0.1. The available version is on 0.1.0.
We should be able to update outdated extensions easily.
Workaround: We can uninstall and reinstall to update.

To Reproduce
Notice the missing update functionality when an extension there is a new version.
Directus Version
v10.10.4
Hosting Strategy
Self-Hosted (Docker Image)
