Trigger manual flow directly in the "Settings" Flow Design page

Summary

To create and debug, it would be comfy to be able to trigger the flow directly in the edit page.

Motivation

Now i have to save the flow, change to the "Data Model" page, trigger the Flow manually, go back to "Settings"->Flow->Logs etc. Very inconvinient

Just ad "Trigger Flow" Button to the "Manual Trigger Box"

• Not doing it is just not comfy for the user
