Trigger email

Summary

I've tried to console log the email but I seem to have permission error even though I am the admin.
I've attached the screenshot below. I cant find much info and I am new to Directus. I am trying to trigger a flow upon creation of data and it should console log the data. After that I want to take that email address and send to the person.

1. How do I fix this issue?
2. How do I set the template and send to the person?
