System interface to select flow

Summary

I'm working on a directus extension that helps users to print a pdf from data returned by a specific flow and it would be great for the extension configuration if the users could select a flow using a system interface.

Motivation

For now the users are typing to flow id with a normal input. It's slow and users can make mistakes while doing it. This feature will definitely the user experience for any other custom extension depending on flows.

A simple select with the names of the different flows created in the app as options is ok.
