Stop auto expanding all bookmarks for all collections when refreshing

Summary When you refresh /admin/content/, all the bookmarks are automatically expanded for all collections. It can be a problem when you have a lot of collections and even more views / bookmarks. We would prefer if only the bookmarks that were visible before will be displayed without clicking the expand button.
