Share Insights

Summary Add the ability to share Insights, similar to how Items can currently be shared in Directus. Related discussion: Motivation Currently, Directus allows sharing of individual Items, but not Insights (Dashboards and Panels). This limitation prevents users from easily sharing valuable data visualizations and analytics with stakeholders who may not have access to the Directus instance. By extending the sharing functionality to Insights, we can: 1. Provide a way to share read-only access to specific dashboards without granting full system access 2. Enable time-limited or usage-limited access to sensitive analytics data 3.
