Request for new language (locale): Spanish (Argentina, es-AR)

Summary I would like to request support for the "Spanish (Argentina)" language specifically to be able to support es-AR. Happy to provide an PR for this one. Basic Example _No response_ Motivation The motivation for this request is a user request on one of my Directus Extensions (Simple Currency Field). The users wants to use Spanish but with Argentina locale. That one is not supported as this point. The specific issue is reported here: I also posted on the community forum: I think it makes sense to add es-AR as locale for Directus but I do have some "questions" about this. My personal stance at this point is that I believe that languages and locales _should_, in the end, be treated as separate things in Directus. I would also love some input on that.
