Multi column forms/custom layout in Fields&Layout

Summary Current Directus forms have limited element arrangement options. They can only have two columns, and even short elements (e.g., IDs) take up at least half the width. This makes forms lengthy to scroll through and sometimes user-unfriendly. The idea is to implement a typical 12-column form design (12 is used because it's divisible by 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12). This would provide much more flexibility in form element arrangements.
