More on importing csv files into a collection

Summary Good day, all. I am sure that this is not at all the correct spot for this, but I am very new to Directus. I was hoping someone might lend a hand. I do apologize in advance. We are presently using Directus 10.10.7. We are trying to import csv files from a couple of sources. I have been searching for specific documentation and/or guidance on how to complete this successfully.
