Make it easier to sort bookmarks under a collection

Summary We need a way to sort Directus "presets" _(or bookmarks)_ so that our editors can access our articles grouped by "Issue". At the moment, the bookmarks are only sorted alphabetically, and there is no way for us to sort the bookmarks so that they appear in a useable order for our editors. When our team of editors go into Directus, they need access to the current list of 'draft' articles that will be published in the next issue.
