Insight - Meter - Max Value Query

Describe the Improvement

So you can create an awesome meter but you have to set the "max" value by hand. Is there some way so calculate this value, either:
• using filters
• using a global variable, which is calculated

Example Usage:
• Value: Users with a profile and language english
• Max: users with a profile

Since there is the table users, but i want to set the max value to the amount of users with a profile.
