Image Focal Point per relation and not per image

Summary When uploading an image to a collection, allow to set a focal point. That focal point will only be valid for the image in that relation and not the image itself in general. Basic Example _No response_ Motivation It is really common that users reuse images. Since directus allows to select images from the media picker, often our users just pick an image that is already there and then put focal points. The issue here is that these focal points also affect other places that this image is being used. Detailed Design Make it so, that the focal point is not tied to the image itself, but to the place where the image is used. This prevents setting focal points to have side effects on other places where the same image is used.
