Display folders side-by-side with files in the Files module

Summary Overview While the Directus File module is a very clean-looking file browser, it breaks well-known UX conventions in that it does not display folders and files together which is confusing for users who are familiar with Windows Explorer or MacOS Finder. Instead, users are forced to select folders through the sidebar only and are only able to view files themselves (without any nested folders) in the collection view. This makes asset-focused workflows difficult to incorporate into Directus despite being so close to an ideal solution thanks to Flows and other automation capabilities. The use cases for what this feature request proposes extend into photography, video editing/post-production, document management, and so on making Directus a better fit for many other applications.
