Directus folders with storage locations

Summary The remote storage file structure must be more closely aligned with the state of the directus_folder and directus_files tables Benefits of this feature: 1. Improved organization when one Directus instance serves multiple projects 2. Easier content migration, as the file storage structure would reflect the upload_folder associations 3. Thousands of files in the file storage say nothing about the structure and are more like a file dump It would be nice to understand what other changes may be required to ensure the correct operation of the entire system and maintain backward compatibility. The implementation may require changing the storage drivers because not all storages support a tree structure. We believe this feature could significantly improve file management in Directus, especially for larger, multi-project installations.
