"Default value" is disabled on CSV fields

Describe the Improvement
The config option "default value" is currently disabled on csv fields (tested with a checkbox interfce).
From what I know directus treats csv fields on all database vendors as a normal text field, so that there shouldn't be any issue with enabling the default field config.
I assume this is a leftover when csv have been treated as special inputs (if I remember correctly). Therewith I think this is a small inconsistency / limitation which should be fixed. If I'm wrong, this would be a feature request and please convert it into a discussion
