Block editor with AI autocompletions

Summary With the [AI Hackathon announcement]( and the introduction of [Websockets in 10.3.0]( streaming AI autocompletions for the block editor (like theNotion block editor) is a natural fit. Basic Example Allow the user to use a key to trigger AI autocompletions in the block editor. Vercel have a [great starter UI called Novel]( which is built with TipTap and the [Vercel AI SDK]( which could serve as a reference. Motivation Products with AI assisted content creation could become a significant deciding factor for users. Platforms that fail to find ways to integrate the technology will likely loose market share.
