Allow the user to set the vertical order of manual Flow buttons in the side bar.

Summary For collections that have many manually-triggered Flows in the right-hand side-bar, there is currently no way of affecting the vertical order they are displayed in. The order appears to be random and impossible to influence (perhaps based on the udid of the Flow?). Basic Example In the setup of a manual flow, give us some way of setting an integer that determines the vertical placement of the flow's button in the right hand bar. Motivation The current random order of the flow buttons makes it confusing for users when some flow buttons do similar functions and it would be sensible to group them together, or you want to be able to put the most important ones towards the top. Since 11.8, we can now colour the flow buttons (which is great), but we should also be able to set their vertical order too. Flows are so powerful, but can be confusing to new users, and I feel Directus needs to do a lot more to increase their usability and make it easier to manage them when …
