Add support for duplicating current dashboard(s)

Summary Hello everyone. I was wondering if duplicating the whole dashboard (insight item) is possible, but I couldn't find a way to do so through the app. However, it is possible to copy dashboard items individually to another dashboard, but it would be great to be able to duplicate the whole dashboard. Basic Example _No response_ Motivation Sometimes we need to have the same designed dashboard for different groups based on some filter (e.g. product name), so we design the dashboard once (let's call it the _Base Dashboard_), set the specific filters for the base dashboard, and then the user can duplicate it on demand.
