Add Reactions Support to Comments

Summary Add support for emoji-based reactions to comments in Directus to increase interaction and improve user engagement. Basic Example User A posts a comment: "This workflow idea is great! User B and C both react with ❤️. Instead of replying "Agreed" or "Thanks," the reactions provide quick, lightweight feedback. Motivation Currently, users can only reply to comments to express agreement or emotions. This leads to unnecessary clutter and reduced engagement. Adding reactions would provide a quick, clean way to interact with comments. Detailed Design Each comment can have a set of reaction emojis displayed underneath (e.g., 👍 ❤️ 😄 👎 👏 🎉). When a user clicks on a reaction, it is recorded, and the total count is shown next to each emoji. Optionally, hovering over a reaction can reveal the names of the users who reacted.
