Add plain text to Send Email Operation

In today's email landscape, spam filters are increasingly sophisticated, often filtering out emails that users never see. Emails with numerous images or conspicuous HTML or markdown structures are particularly prone to being scanned and discarded. To ensure that emails reliably reach their intended recipients, it is essential to send plain text emails. Typically, the default is to send both HTML/markdown and plain text versions. However, emails sent from a flow in Directus lack the option to include plain text, and I currently have no means to send a plain text email from a flow. Proposal for Improvement 1. Send Plain Text by Default: - Ensure that all emails sent via the flow include a plain text version in addition to the selected type (HTML, markdown or Template). 2.
