Add collection context menu item for editing the global preset

Summary Admins can currently right click on a collection in the sidebar and get a dropdown. At the moment it contains "Edit collection" which is a handy shortcut to the model page. It would save a lot of clicks to have a similar link to the global preset edit page. Right now you have to: • Click settings • Click Bookmarks • Remember the table name (not always simple if you're using a translation to rename a previous table!) • Search for the table name in the search • Find the right row (not always simple as you need the right columns open - also there are multiple for the different users) The only question with how this would work is what happens when there isn't a global one.
