Add ability to select multiple Flows for bulk-deletion

Describe the Improvement

While playing with Flows I noticed that we currently arent able to delete multiple Flows at the same time through the App. I couldnt find a [raised issue]( for this so I propose adding the ability to select multiple Flows and an appearing delete button, similar to the tabular layout.
