Accordions and Detail group nested fields

Summary Currently when running a search in the app, fields that are nested in accordions or detail groups appear as if they are relational items, and this makes finding and searching fields more challenging as primary fields are not visible in the main list of searchable fields. ideally there should be a checkbox on a accordion to specify if fields should be nested in the search ![Screenshot 2024-04-18 at 22 11 23]( Basic Example _No response_ Motivation It's easy to see nested fields when you're editing a record, but in some cases when you're on the search, users don't have an easy way to see which accordion / group a field could be in.
