Something noted with #1900, sometimes the default text used isn't really suitable.

"We are offline" in this case, for us, sounds bad. We would prefer something like "We'll be back soon", or "We're away right now".

One inflexibility is that many text elements are hard set. It would be preferable to have these language lists in the GUI so that an admin can adjust every textual part of the widget and wider system wherever any hard-set text is used.

However, it may be as simple as making these free-form text elements much like the other options on the widget. The only one remaining would then be "Set Reply time" which is hardset to three values when in reality, could also be free-form.
