Hello, I’d like to suggest a few enhancements related to the Inbox (Sidebar View) on ChatWoo. These features aim to improve clarity and organization when managing multiple integrated channels: ![image]( 1- Add Nickname or Custom Display Name for Inboxes It would be helpful to allow a custom nickname or display name for each inbox, visible in the sidebar and (It would also be great to display the channel name above the conversations, showing both the icon and the custom name), without affecting the actual provider name (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram). This would help users easily differentiate between multiple inboxes from the same platform. I work with Evolution, and the system uses the inbox name for automations.
