Hi there,
I suggest adding a "High Priority Alert" feature to the Chatwoot app, along with its equivalent on iPhone. This would enable notification sounds even when the phone is on silent mode. I've noticed this feature on Xmatter and find it surprising that it's not available on Chatwoot.
