Implement a feature where, when a conversation is assigned to an agent, an event is triggered that includes all relevant data from that conversation. This event should capture details such as the agent's information, conversation history, timestamps, and any other associated metadata. This will enable better integration with external systems, enhance analytics capabilities, and support automated workflows.
