Hello Chatwoot team! 👋 I would like to suggest a feature that would be very useful for administrators and users. ✨ Feature Idea A Global Announcement Modal that can be triggered from the Super Admin Dashboard. This modal would allow super admins to: • Set a title and a message body (rich text or plain text). • Choose when to activate or deactivate the announcement. 🧠 How It Works • When the announcement is active, the modal will automatically appear on the first load for each user after logging into the platform. • Once the user closes the modal, it will not show again until a new announcement is created or activated by the super admin. 📜 Use Cases • Announcing new features after updates. • Informing about planned maintenance or incidents. • Sharing important information directly with all users in a non-intrusive but visible way. ✅ Benefits • Provides a nativ…
