Gathering the chat room

There is a problem that the existing conversation history is deleted when the customer moves to another inbox.

[Request]
From the customer's point of view, we need a way to maintain continuity of conversations between inboxes.
I would like to request a feature that allows the customer to view all the conversations in one place.

[example]
1. Customer talks in chat room 'A'

2. Customers move to chat room 'B' and make a new chat room

3. The chat room 'A' where the customer was talking disappeared.
