Features request: Delay" or "Wait" and "IF/ELSE" options in the automation rules

I believe these features could make Chatwoot a much more powerful tool.
1. There is no "Delay" or "Wait" option in the automation rules.
2. There is no "IF/ELSE" option to check if a condition holds true during an automation.
There are many options that would make Chatwoot an outstanding platform, but I believe these in particular would give it a considerable boost.

PD: What About Kanban Board? Is that in the Roadmap?
