Custom sections on the conversation right sidebar

Hello 👋 I'm a (new) developer at Rinsed. We've been using Chatwoot for a while now and really like the functionality. Thanks for all the hard work! One thing that we would like to see is the ability to customize the conversation right sidebar. It has a lot of useful information already, but we've found that we'd like to surface extra context about the conversation that is available separately from our application. We've already built a version of this functionality into our self hosted Chatwoot instance, but it'd be great to make it a supported Chatwoot feature so that we can ease our upgrade path (the more changes we make, the more challenging upgrading Chatwoot is).
