Custom Dashboard Web apps, Native desktop app for Windows & Mac, and Full Backups/Restore options in GUI

Hey guys, I think these features below would be fantastic for in-house teams that want a more productive and easier workflow: • Custom Website Tabs inside the software Similar to Dashboard apps, but an option to be able to have custom tabs on the left side where we can manage all softwares and websites that we own. For example, we use Wordpress as our website, Ticketing for another website, calendars for another website etc. Basically what is already done for dashboard apps, it would be nice to be able to choose to place the link (with custom label) in the left side menu, and in the window of the chat as an option. Right now we only have it as a window of the chat. My setup right now has e-commerce orders (that is only available as a tab in an existing chat) so that I can find orders quicker for customers who inquire in chat.
