Category Icons for Help Center

Help Center categories are displayed as plain text without any visual differentiation. This makes it difficult to create a professional-looking knowledge base that helps users quickly identify relevant sections. Add the ability to upload a custom icon or image (PNG, SVG) for each Help Center category. • Icon displayed alongside the category name in the portal • Supported formats: SVG (preferred), PNG • Upload option in the category creation/edit modal Alternatives tested: • Using emoji in category names - works but looks unprofessional • Modifying source code directly - not maintainable across updates Most modern help center platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, Notion) support category icons.
