Automatic deletion of chat logs after x days

Is your feature or enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. We’re getting strong feedback from both prospects and existing customers around chat log retention. Without an option for automatic deletion of chat logs (personal information), prospects hesitate to adopt the service, since manually deleting each chat is resource-intensive. Our current customers face the same challenge, and it’s creating dissatisfaction that increases churn risk. An automatic deletion feature would remove this friction, improve compliance confidence, and directly support customer retention and growth. As you can delete a chat, one by one, it is not a direct breach of GDPR, but most companies expect a less manual process than deleting thousands of chat by hand. Most companies in the EU will expect an auto deletion mechanism for product storing personal information.
