Allow Chat Widget Help Article Pinning or Curation

Hey!
Could we control which help center articles appear on the chat widget home screen? This could be:
• Excluding articles from being shown, but letting the system pick which to show.
• Pinning articles to control precisely what shows up.
• Adding a quick search box that allows the user to search and jump into articles quickly.
