A note that the dialogue Transcript has been sent to the user via email

When sending a Transcript dialog to a user via email, add a service notification in the chat that the dialog has been sent to "this" email.

It would also be a good idea to add this action to the end-of-dialogue trigger. When the dialogue ends, automatically send a transcript to the user if they have a completed email address.
