Enhanced User Management & Auth Analytics in Appwrite Console

🔖 Enhancement description Improve the Appwrite Console (Auth section) by: 1. Adding sorting and filtering capabilities to the Users table. 2. Extending Auth analytics with user-related business metrics (logins, registrations, sessions).
