Create memberships without email validation

We already have an endpoint to create memberships but it does an extra validation step through the mail but I feel that there should exist an endpoint where you can directly create memberships without validations.

A potential use case could be, If you are making a group chat feature, you don't want to send a mail and wait for them to accept it. Directly adding them to the group would give a better UX or requesting permission in the app itself then a function could accept it.
